Kettlebells & Sheamus' Augmented Level of Power

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, I felt like it was optimal to look at one prospering wrestler coming from Ireland. Those of you who watch wrestling probably know who I am talking about for those who don't, make note of Sheamus. Easily one of the more popular stars in WWE today, he has made a name for himself in the few years that he has been with the organization, displaying charisma and strength alike. In the case of the other trait, I think that kettlebells can suit him well.

Easily one of the more recognizable Superstars rooted in presence alone, you won't find many who look like him. While numerous wrestlers today sport tans since they are the norm, Sheamus proudly sports his pale Irish skin and it compliments his fiery red hair and beard as well. While this appearance may seem different, he's also a bigger wrestler, which lends itself to quite a number of cases of power. Sheamus is, quite simply, one of the more marketable people in the wrestling scene we see today.

Even though Sheamus stands at a good six feet four inches, he is just as quick as anyone else on the roster. However, he never sacrifices this for power, seeing as how he can knock out anyone with his brawling techniques. He's an Irishman who enjoys a good fight and it shows in the way that he never backs down from people whom oppose him. With an arsenal of techniques to speak of, it's clear that the Celtic Warrior is rarely going to be considered an underdog.

I think it goes without saying that Sheamus is a powerhouse, which makes the usage of kettlebells all the more logical. These are the kinds of dumbbells which are endorsed by authorities such as Lorna and for good reasons as well. For one, Sheamus may not always be a high-flying wrestler but he will take to the skies on occasion. I believe that when you're talking about the stars that are so versatile, this particular Irishman may be one of the most recognizable.

Kettlebells can be rather useful for those who want to keep up with their athletics and not stick merely to the area of power. The problem with conventional dumbbells is that this is the only area which is assisted and I don't think that it's very feasible. There should be a quantity of areas that are granted assistance when working out. You do not want to stick mostly to one or two parts of the body while ignoring the others; it simply won't do when you're talking about physical activity.
