But make sure you are not drinking bottled or canned drinks flavored green tea, because this canned beverage contained an artificial sweetener that will totally ruin your diet program. You should directly drink the water decoction of the green tea leaves. Drink your home made green tea for guarantee of authenticity. Replace all of your beverages consumption with green tea (original one) and your weight will drop dramatically
• Changing the desire to eat by drinking (instead of eating) - it seems a bad idea, because you imagine a bloated stomach. But note well that sometimes the urge to eat is not solely from a hungry body. But the sense of wanting to eat can come from feeling like snacking. Your mouth feel itching for wanting to put something in it. You should not satisfy this desire with food. Try to fulfill it by only drinking. At least check that it should wait until the time to eat (meal time). There are so many calories that you will avoid by replacing the desire to snack fried potatoes with just drinking green tea. Have you ever feel that after eating remained in hungry ? Sometimes bodies that used to eat a lot going will wrongly indicate thirst with a desire to eat. • Eat slowly. If you eat quickly, the food is not chewed properly. The body will send signals to the brain to continue eating and starving for food. Your hunger will continue. If you eat slowly you will be satisfied with less portion. When you eat in a hurry, your meal time will be short, and you'll quickly hungry again. It is highly recommended for you to enjoy each mouthful properly. At the end you can spend only one plate of food during your lunch time. You will not have a chance to eat any additional food. And you will be satisfied eating because the body sends a signal that the food you eat is digested properly.
One key secret is : everyone has a different meal time. If you're used since childhood to eat from at 8 in the morning until 8.30, then during those hours the body will send hunger signals. If you eat quickly, then for half an hour you will send a lot of food to your tummy. Sandwich, milk, fruit, chocolate bars, and others. But if during that time you chew slowly oatmeal, then at the end what you eat for half an hour is only a plate of oatmeal. Great idea isn’t it ?
