This survey result was done on old people who are outstanding in health condition. These people can lives healthily for many years more after an average age limit of world’s elder. Beside their healthy body , they stay slim and their skin looks younger than their age. From the survey done, there are some major habits that they had in common. Those habits become their secret of long healthy life in healthy body.  What are their secrets ?

Secret number 1 :
They eat fish. They eat more fish than an average people in the rest of the world. They eat up to almost 70kilograms fish per year. Fish contains a good protein resource as well as omega 3. Fish contains a great resource of healthy substance for our body.
Secret number 2 :
They flavor the food with healthy flavor, non additive one. They flavor it with: soy sauce. Soy sauce is low calories as well as non fat. Soy sauce brings flavor to the food without making it unhealthy to be eaten.
Secret number 3 :
Fruit and vegetable eater
They eat fruit and they are vegetable lovers. Fruit and vegetable is both fibers supplier. Fiber prevents fat accumulation. Fiber will help intestines to work and fiber is needed to build muscles.  
Secret number 4 :
Nuts and beans. Theylove to eat all kinds of food from soy andnuts. Their daily food contains food made of nuts and soybeans.
Secret number 5 :
Good food combining. They had multi recipes of good healthy foods and never stuck on only one or two kind of meal. They schedule the kind of food they consumed daily in rich variation of meal. That is a plus to stay healthy.
They also have a good habit of eating breakfast. Most of them have breakfast portion more than lunch and dinner. This is rare but true. While the rest of the world skip breakfast and choose to eat more lunch (or dinner), they choose to eat more breakfast than lunch and will tend to skip dinner. This habit makes them healthy.
When we eat breakfast we use the food to work. Breakfast energy will be used effectively. No fat or calories accumulation.  When we eat dinner, during sleeping time the food will be processed as fat accumulation.
Secret number 6 :
Green tea. Green tea has the substance to generate slimming to our body. It is known as tummy slimmer drinking. Green tea also has an anti cancer substance. A study upon green tea proves that green tea has these substance to prevent cancer : catechins and flavonoids. Catechinsand flavonoids arethe active component for cancer prevention. In 10 grams powdered green tea, there is 1 gram of catechins. Drinking 10 cups ofgreen tea a day regularly will prevent cancer.
 Secret number 7 :
Water. Drinking pure water rather than any other drink such as syrup or coke will help you stay healthy. Water is needed in body metabolism. When you lack of water, the metabolism of your body won’t run healthily. 
Secret number 8 :
Eat brown rice. High in fiber, plus vitamins and minerals that are useful; makeeating brown rice become one of the healthy habits.
