However with so much similarity and basically built on the same framework HALO 4 definitely has the potentials to trump its predecessors, ensuring a steady supply of arsenal. Halo 4’s art direction, above all deserves a special mention. Round -2- of- the- Expendables

The Expendables 2 is here to redeem it self from an over-hyped flop. Sylvester Stallone leads his crew of high protein diet enriched crew. They return in the sequel, all including a fantasy rooster of; Stallone, Lundgren, Rourke, Couture, Crews, Stratham, Jet Li and drum roll Jean-Claude Van Damme with a couple of very special added cameo appearances. Hint; Chuck Norris doesn't cameo in the Expendables 2, he is not expendable! With the summer film festivities coming to a close, the Expendables will take full advantage being one of the last anticipated blockbusters. This is really like a super “Avengers” with exception of film action stars rather than super hero's. Expendable 2 is a mash-up of every darn action star from the past twenty years. Sylvester Stallone redeems his previous conception adjusting the chemistry between the characters and delivers a knock out blow!

 

The plot line is direct following the laws of cause and affect. When Tool (Mickey Rourke) is assassinated his daughter Fiona takes it upon herself to avenge his death. Stubborn and strong headed she falls victim to capture and consequently is the damsel in distress and feminine element in the film. The more notable difference from the previous installment is that the roles players get more spotlighted screen time. Director Simon West does an exceptional job of using all the characters in there own respected element. To lighten the tone there is humorous segments lead by Terry Crews that will very much be enjoyed by fanatics of the action movie stars. There are sly references to the accumulated on screen perceptions of each individual. It's an all or nothing type of action flick that is rarely tried upon. It is now fifty years to the date that Sean Connery made his first appearance in Dr.No.There has been a flurry of 007’s from then and a variety of versions to boot. One can only say that there has never been such electricity surrounding the new Bond film Skyfall the set name after secrecy and speculation of the title including Carte Blanche and Bond23.


James Bond or rather Daniel Craig has been quite the busy these days with a recent stellar and surprising introduction scene partnered with none other than Queen Elizabeth herself in the 2012 Olympics. The notable and recent Bond muse Daniel Craig (James Bond) has had quite the time promoting the upcoming release. Also busy in his kept very private personal life as recently getting hitched with beautiful actress Rachael Weiz. She coincidentally recently starred in her own spy film “The Bourne Legacy”. The much anticipated “Sky fall” will be the twenty third depiction of original author Ian Flemings James Bond‘s on screen performance and the third installment following Casino Royale and Quantum of Solance .The anticipation to the film has only been fueled by the debut release of the trailer.

The opening sequence shows Bond on a moving train being sniped down and falling to his presumable death, though this is not the case as he is very much alive and in full force. James keeps womanizer form as he is seen quarreling with both damsels in the three minute trailer.

Good habit for a long healthy life

Many people want to have long healthy life, but they don't know how to build a good habit. Here... it is 

1.       Avoid sugar consumption. Do you know that sugar is chemical ? The natural sweet flavor comes  from honey not sugar. Sugar comes from a food processing therefore it lost the natural core and become additive chemical which is “alien” and destructive to your body

2.       Drink a hot tea or at least warm water after eating. Most of Japanese people have a long healthy life. Scientific survey proofs that one of their good habit; which is drinking warm tea after eating has kept the fat of food away from staying inside their body.

Have you ever think why kitchen faucet uses warm water to clean the fat and oil from kitchen equipment and not cold water?

Can you imagine what happen inside the dishwasher when cleaning using cold water ? An accumulation of solid -candle like-fat !   

The same thing will happen inside of your body when you are drinking a cold icy liquid after eating. Drink wisely

3.       Staying awake. Human body has been designed for self general repairmen at certain hours in a day. And those hours are at the night time. Staying awake when you are supposed to sleep in the night is like a racing car that misses the pit stop.  It might has accelerate the work, but miss the auto part repairmen.  As the result, body tissue that needs general check up misses its visit to the service station. Have you ever realize what will happen to a car that never has its chance to go to the service station? Immediate shut down to a car is annoying but acceptable.
