The difference though between the S3 and S4 is the size. S3 users are saying it over and over again that the screen itself is quite big. It looks slim from side to side however. But the screen is just too big to fit in any standard sized pocket. Also, as of now the S4 and its appearance are mostly rumors because nobody has yet seen what it really looks like. But the S3 has won over with its smooth glossy finish, sticking to the idea that a matte finish would not be as impressive. It is also non-creaky when you hold it.

Even when some phones can be a slight upgrade of its previous model, the S3 is far away from the S2, making the wait quite worthwhile as well. The S3 is still thinner than other competing phones in the market from Motorola, HTC and Nokia, even its rival the iPhone 4S.

The screen though makes for already a viewable experience, and it makes you wonder what else the innovators back at the Samsung Headquarters want to be doing with the new S4 to make it live up to its expectations. In the meantime, we can still keep admiring the S3.

10 Things I hate About PlayStation 4

Sony has recently caused a great shake in the world of gamers as they announced their upcoming PlayStation 4. Gamers just could not stop talking about this because we have been waiting for a new generation of PlayStation for so long! Talk about six long years of waiting. And now, the gaming console is finally announced. Unfortunately, many gamers are already feeling disappointed about it because of so many things that they feel will come below their expectations. So, with that said, let us take a look of the 10 things that I hate about PlayStation 4.

 

The first reason is because Sony does not seem to be embracing the idea of how important it is to be able to socialize throughout our gaming experience. Back in the days when we used PlayStation as our main gaming consoles, it was true that we do not need to socialize with other people outside of our houses and play only with our brothers, sisters, friends or neighbors at home. But now, things have definitely changed big time. It is crucial for gamers to be able to socialize and chat with other people while they play. It will no longer be a fun experience if gamers can only play on their on or limit their playmates with people inside their house only.

Secondly is concerning their compatibility with Smartphones and other possible gadgets which can be used for gaming. Sony seems to not want to go towards this market and yet when they allow crossover play to happen between the gadgets people use for side gaming and the gadgets or consoles used for actual and real gaming experience, so many of us who are probably not as fanatic with games will consider purchasing a PlayStation 4.

The third reason is because they have boring controllers. We are, without a doubt, sick and tired already of having to use the same kind of controllers since a decade ago. Sure, the controller works fine and it even probably works fabulously for some of us. But, wouldn’t it be great to have a new, much more sleekly designed controller which has a full touch screen feature? This will surely enhance our gaming experience.

The fourth reason is because we still do not know about backward capability. Yes, this is one of the most important features that probably all previous Sony game consoles can offer to us gamers. It allows us to drive back and play the games we used to play in the olden days. However, with PlayStation 4, this feature is still under a question mark. Does that sound good? I certainly do not think so.

Fifth reason is because PlayStation is getting old. There seems to be something wrong with the ay Sony promoted this gaming console because it sounds like a gadget coming from years ago. It does not sound as current as other consoles, like Xbox or Nintendo Wii. But to most gamers, this probably do not really matter.

The sixth reason is because PlayStation games give the same gaming experience from one generation to the next. If we look at competitors like Wii, we will see that actually they take our gaming experience to the next level. Our movements are actually used to play the game and not just merely using controllers.

The seventh reason is the capability of the console to play online games. It is not just about how the games can be purchased or downloaded online, but it is about how we can play with our friend online, real time and live, right there on the spot. I figured that many people will want to see this feature and many gamers must be expecting Sony to have this out already on its latest game console. But from the announcement, what we see is merely its capability to sync with social media sites. Syncing only is not enough. We want to be able to play with people, not just tell them about the game we are playing.

The eight reasons is because of the fact that the Blu-ray drive is not fast enough. We will not be able to experience the complete Blu-ray gaming experience if the Blu-ray drive is not fast enough. Certainly we expect Sony to go all out on this, since providing the best graphic experience for gamers must be one of the highest priorities in designing game consoles. But so far with PlayStation 4, there are still many improvements that can be made on this.

The ninth reason is because of its pricing. Yes, this is a huge question mark that has yet to be answered by Sony, because looking at all the features they are promising us to provide, we cannot expect the game console to come at an affordable price. We will just have to see whether the price of PlayStation 4 can compete with the pricing of other game consoles. We can only hope that the price will be worth its features.

Last but not least, is that we still do not know the official release date of the PlayStation 4. This makes it such a kill joy for all of us who have been waiting anxiously for the announcement and now that it has been made, we still do not know when we can experience gaming using this game console.

But as usual, what seems too good to be true probably is—the "unlimited" data plan offered by Walmart's T-Mobile Family Phone is actually limited, with some serious bandwidth throttling if the company thinks you've gone too far past your limit.

In the year 2012 too, unfortunately there were some events that shook us from the core with the brutality or making us sad beyond imaginations. And it is prudent for us know a bit more about those incidents as we learn from mistakes in the past so that they never happen in the future. And the outburst that followed or the resulting results left us more grief-stricken than ever.

2012 saw many events that were unprecedented and made a large impact on the people all over the world. This was the year that saw the occurrence of many events that kept the people gasping for breath due to the quick succession of each event. On a positive note no one could forget the effect of London Olympics that was the largest congregation of athletes and sportsperson from every country on the planet. The extravaganza was simply out of the world experience. But we saw many tragedies happen in this year too. Let us give ourselves a reminder so that we can provide our deepest condolence to the people who lost something in these incidents.

 

Superstorm Sandy –This was one of the biggest coastal storms that hit parts of US, Caribbean and other countries in the close proximity to the Atlantic coasts. The damage incurred was huge in terms of finance and topography but more were the loss of human lives. More problems aroused as the region got completely cut out from the rest of the world and rescue activities as well as necessary supplies were hampered and progress slowed down for many days. Though the help that was extended globally was overwhelming, but still the horrors are quite visible after almost 3 months after its occurrence. The incident that was so large-scale in nature has definitely changed the lives of thousands who were affected directly and indirectly as well as people like us expecting the lives would be somewhat normal for the affected people in that region

The uncertainty and the result of tyranny it had caused the people in these parts have been really heart touching and one can only hopes that the unrest ceases to exist as early as possible.

Controversies are brewing up more even to date over another sad incident that took place in Sanford, Florida when a person named Zimmerman shoot another fellow person Trayvon Martin that fatally injured him and finally killed him. When Zimmerman was released after the preliminary trials, there was a huge uproar as police was accused of showing racists nature in favor of the shooter and later they yielded with the arrest of the shooter who pleaded not guilty and said he did shoot but for self-defense. Zimmerman is out on bail currently and awaits trial but the incident of such brutality brings tears in the eyes of many.

World has known many cold-blooded killers but another incident that took place in a school in New Town Connecticut send chills down the spines of people worldwide. The mass shooting at the Sandy Hook school was a limit to barbarism and people have not really recovered from the shock yet. Among all other mass killings this one was as tragic as what happened earlier.

Conclusion

These are not the events that one could remember for a lifetime but the pain they had caused is so much that it is etched in the memory of all forever. One cannot change what had happened but fighting the ill-effects of human beings as well as the natural disaster is something that makes life worthy for living. When I was Pi in the Information Ocean

All most every one of us knows about the life of Pi. Either we have read about him, or watched the recently released movie, or heard of him. Even if not that, we have definitely seen the reviews in the internet or the amount of publicity it has got. He is from a well to do family who loses their earthly possession during a dispute with the authority and decides to settle to a distant land. The family lost their lives while traveling only to leave Pi stranded on a row boat with a few dangerous carnivores, who in turn is eaten by more a more dangerous animal. He finds himself on the same boat with the beast and learns to tame him somehow so that he is not harmed while fighting his modes of survival with a belief in all the religion he had grown up with. He eventually survives alone in the boat with the animal only to live a long life afterwards and pass on his wisdom and story to other people around him. Thus the movie ends or maybe the story ends for him as he somewhat finds appreciation and recognition through another novelist.

 

I am Pi

Sometimes when I engage myself to the real world with my jobs I feel myself quite similar to the prodigal character of the great novel. Being Pi is not easy but I believe with the same kind of wisdom and belief even I may live to tell my tale. But since, unfortunately, I don’t have any such communications with any novelist; I decided to tell it my way. SO let me tell you how I am evenly matched up with Pi. A few years back when I used to surf through internet or post an entry in any of the website, it was not that difficult to find out the popularity chart. Well I admit that I may not be at the top but I was certainly on the privileged side. The search engines treated me well and with right searching index I was not that easy to find. But yes I ran into trouble too. The search engines got me by the scruff of the neck almost with all their refinery methods and I had no options other than to abandon my old domain and start afresh. While I was contemplating the idea I noticed how much the search engines are changed. I felt that there is no one to help me pass through the vast ocean of information and huge wave-like behavior of optimization techniques that could wash me away to my oblivion. Also similar to the tiger I have my own knowledge but without following the current approach I am bound to get doomed or shut out of my business. So I decided to follow my faith. With the power of content, proper page design and linking or attaching myself to some safe websites, I slowly began my progress. I did not have any idea whether I will be successful o not but since I need to save my business, I had to do it. With some proper SEO practice and good content I managed to keep myself afloat. The information ocean tried to drown me through various techniques like Panda update followed by Penguin and then another update but I had learn the trick by then, and not only managed to survive but I started to make good returns for all the hard work I had done. And two years later I indeed returned to the realms of recognition that made the journey worthwhile. I understood even in the case of Pi it was the fact of survival that made his life special, it was the journey itself. So as I can boast of having a flourishing business beating all the odds and may be even compare myself to the character.

Epilogue

As we are busy getting our own priorities right before we enter another year of drama over the internet usage policies, I can say that I am pretty much on guard. Surviving when I was low and alone made me look into newer variations and adaptation we need to make in order to stay alive. And even if the search engines tries to get us bogged down with deadliest of algorithms or stingiest of popularity measure, we say at least be able to counter it by all our means. And we should always know that it is always the result that matters not as it is the journey that makes us a successful man.

This isn't really a streaming provider but more of a streaming media player. And it's really at the mercy of whatever provider it is that you've decided to pick for your entertainment. You can still create a 4-digit PIN which is going to restrict the new channels being added to it resulting in a good overall family rating.
