Guest Post:Social Media in Legal Recruitment
According to the American Bar Association, over 56 percent of all attorneys now incorporate social media into their daily business practices. Out of the 50 million users on LinkedIn, over one million of them are attorneys. Lawyers are clearly seeing the benefits of networking with other members of the legal profession through social media.
For attorneys who are looking for employment, using social media can be vital in the job search. Having a Twitter account allows a lawyer to instantly learn about job opportunities that may be in his or her local area. Some attorneys are also willing to lend a helping hand to a new attorney who needs to find work. It is not uncommon for lawyers to reach out to one another on Twitter to refer them to new job opportunities. Twitter can also be used by a lawyer to show his or her interests. A lawyer may have a Twitter account that is dedicated solely to movie reviews, and this can be a fun conversation piece to use in a job interview.
Social media can also be used for sharing tips with other lawyers. On LinkedIn, there are a variety of specific legal groups that attorneys can join. On the message boards for these groups, one can find all sorts of useful information. One may learn how to run a solo practice or file documents with the court by checking out these message boards. You can also keep an eye on the message boards and contribute when you have valuable input. As you gain credibility on the message boards for LinkedIn, you may have clients referred to you from other attorneys. As you continue to post helpful information, you will become a leading resource that other lawyers depend on. Joining up to 10 groups will allow you to get your name out there and become well-known by other attorneys.
Being on multiple social media platforms makes you more effective as a potential job candidate. As you use Twitter and LinkedIn, you will notice that you can build synergy between the two. Attorneys who know you from LinkedIn may want to check out your Twitter account to find additional information. People may add you as a friend on Facebook. You will be able to thrive when you take full advantage of the social media opportunities that await you.
Also, it is becoming more common for legal recruiters to research potential job candidates and use Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Using these social media tools can give a legal recruiter a fast way to review the credentials of a job candidate. A legal recruiter can also get a feel for how others perceive the person on the Internet. Legal recruiters want to see that attorneys are able to sell themselves, and a person's appearance on social media websites can be a good indicator of his or her marketing skills. It is vital to maintain an image of professionalism on social media websites like Twitter and Facebook. By maintaining this appearance, legal recruiters will be more likely to reach out to you.
You should block out time to update your social media websites every week. You should make a conscious effort to create quality posts that will be read by the rest of the world. Some new lawyers make the mistake of quickly posting irrelevant information or information that makes them look unprofessional. Take the time to carefully craft helpful posts that other people will appreciate. This will help you as you continue to build your success on the Internet. You will also be more likely to gain job referrals in the future.

Do you know Google Disavow
Disavow means Disown, Repudiate, to disclaim connection with. It was introduced by Matt Cutts at Pubcon, Las Vegas 10/16/2012. It is basically introduced by Google to disavow or devalue bad links and sites.
Matt Cutts advised that a proper caution must be taken to use this tool. Principally, this tool is intended to be introduced in the wake of Google Penguin, and is supposed to help the webmasters specify Google of those inbound links which are unwanted. This tool could be a blessing in disguise for those whose sites have been negatively affected by unnatural links, penguins or any other type of link spam penalty. This (Google Disavow) comes as an intermediate solution. You can get out of those bad-links in a reasonable amount of time, without getting your site’s rank being affected forever. It has received mixed response from the webmasters.
For months after this, removal of links was being developed to be the new link building. Webmasters SEOs consumed innumerable time wearyingly examining their back link profiles created before and asking webmasters to remove bad back-links for their own good. It was necessary to reorganize the framework and go a step back for removal of bad links.
Google’s Disavow Link’s significant feature is that- this tool comes to you with a large warning. And not for those ones who does not know a bit about this tool. According to Matt Cutts, they should avoid using this tool. This sure states to us how powerful this tool really is. The far-reaching consequence of algorithm updates can never be estimated, but seeing these repeated warnings often leads to some serious attention.
Using Disavow tool
Well, only some serious and expert Webmasters have been advised to use this tool, but it is not so hard to follow. You can at first log in to your Webmaster tools account, go to the website where you want to use that tool. By clicking on ‘Disavow Links’ tag, you will be aggravated to upload a text file. This file contains the information through which Google tells you which URLs or domains should be ignored during analysis of inbound links on to your URL.
Who can use this tool?
With its launch, a new question aroused- Who can use this tool? Google Penguin hit many websites which have gained links through spamming, purchasing or other so-called-wrong techniques. This tool was basically for them to infuse a new lease of life into their sites by removing those links. The Penguin had caused so much of anxiety among the SEOs and webmasters. People were desperate to find a way to get those links reduced and start work afresh on those pages. This also led to some “negative SEO” where people could point to some links as harmful and it led to removal of quality ones too. It also made a new business where people would work-for-bucks to spend their time over link removals. Reworking on Data and Anchor-Text
Disavow also gives webmasters the privilege of removing the anchor text for those links which were redeemed to be getting no links.
How helpful is it?
Many webmasters still don’t use this tool, but I would suggest them to have second look at this. If you use this tool and that’s too “perfectly”, it will surely help you. Essentially, if your linking is based on bad links, expect to lose your rank.

The way to achieve optimization of Quora blogs
I had talked of creating a Quora blog and went ahead to show the way it stamps your presence over the internet. Just like any other platform for blogging, you could make your Quora blogs more visible to search engines. For brands especially, SEO is important to have your blog get ranked high up by search engines.
I will let you know how to go about the optimization of Quora blogs for the easy detection by search engines. You actually have the ability to make the numbers of Quora blogs that you want. It helps to get a Quora blog sub-domain. This is best done with the keyword of the brand or the word you have your target on ,targeted keyword.
Optimization of Quora blogs for search engines
You need to know a number of things before I begin:
What Quora uses is the tag of NOARCHIVE. What this basically implies is that the blog does not get cached courtesy of Google. This then means that it is not accessible through the Google operator search.
By reading this guide on tags of Noarchive, you will get to learn a lot:
A Quora blog has a number of limitations in terms of search engine optimization. Once you have established a post, one cannot change the Permalink.
The tag of Alt cannot be used when it comes to images; it is wise to use the keyword as the name of the image.
They normally do not employ the use of Meta tag for description. This is not as bad since Google pulls Meta descriptions basing on search queries. Another limitation is that there is no method of adding h2 and h3 tags.
We then go ahead to learn the things that could be done to make Quora blogs even more visible to search engines.
SEO from the level of the blog
In the creation of a blog, you can use one of two options;
Blog title
Use a title that will be shown by the searching engine. A title bearing about 65 characters would be a good starting point. In the creation of a blog, place the name of the brand first, follow it up with the keyword targeted or even the tag of brand.
Describing the blog
Meta descriptions tags are not used by Quora and descriptions are usually indicated by the post that is placed on the home page. You can see an example from the Quora blog of Robert Scoble which avails the description straight from the last post he made.
Search Engine Optimization at a single level post
By now, you have gone about the creation of the Quora blog and proceeded to optimize it at the level of the site. Optimization of permalink and addition of targeted keyword within the 160 characters appearing first in your post can be done. There is this important concept about the Quora permalinks.
In creating a post for a blog on Quora, the keyword needs to be used solely as the title of the post. This can be changed later on. When you are through, save and the permalink would be generated as:
Subdomain.Quora.com/Your-Keyword
For instance, should I need to write about SEO of a Quora blog, the keyword I target could be “SEO Quora”. I could make the title be “SEO Quora” and then later on change it to “Quora blog Search Engine Optimization”.
Additionally, together with such settings, one needs to be keen to handle optimization of keywords at the level of the post. Our on page factors for optimization article will let you know how to achieve ranking for keywords courtesy of search engines. Be sure to use the concept of outbound links for SEO. Of course this will stamp the presence of your Quora blogs. Below is a recap on handling on page Search Engine Optimization at the level of Quora post.
Make the keyword the title post first and proceed to publish it. Alter the title of the post after wards to enhance the CTR. By so doing, you establish the targeted keyword as a permalink.
The targeted keyword needs to be used within the 160 characters coming first of your blog posts.
Use an appropriate density of keywords and incorporate LSI keyword as well.
Alter the name of the image into the targeted keyword then proceed to upload this.
Create links with sites of authority from the level of the post as this will accomplish greater authority for the blog.
Sharing Quora posts on social networking after publication.
Use h1 tags for the Quora blog posts
These tips could be used as techniques for on-page optimizing. One thing you need to keep in mind is that you achieve optimization best from the level of content. Afterwards, quality of the contents you post will be the determinant of your ranking now. This means that you would need to post fresh content, not shoddy writings.
Indexing your Quora blogs in Google Searches
Up to now, you have achieved the creation of a blog. You have also done addition of content to make the blog more visible to the search engine. With Quora, you cannot create a sitemap for submission to the webmaster tool of Google. This is how I proceeded.
Linked back to the blog
You need to create a link to a Quora blog using your other blog that is active. In this way, Google is able to quickly locate the blog, indexing it on Search. One can also follow other active blogs by commenting from Quora blog. What needs to happen here is to have a search engine bot locate the link to your blog; for the purposes of crawl-indexing it.
Pinging the blog
You have known the importance of getting to ping the blog if you ever read the piece I wrote about “WordPress Ping Search Engine Optimization”. There exist a number of external techniques for pinging the Quora blogs. To know another platform and better strategies of indexing the Quora blog, take a look at my earlier instructions; the case study I did on indexing a site in one day.
Up to now I have tried to make my Quora blogging platform more visible to search engines. You could use the tips to get the same results for your blog. You need to always bear in mind that Quora is meant to stamp your presence online and for creating a brand. While you use these tips, you need also to post quality content which will give you links from other sources as well.
I will keep updating you on any new findings I make here. Feel free to Facebook the tips you found her or share them on Google Plus if you find them worthy.

Get to know the Top ten conversion rate optimization consulting services
I know all you guys are now habituated reading my articles, and most of you might think of why so many articles are written and pasted in websites, just to give information or are there other goodies hidden behind it. Well, to be true all website administrators make sure that their websites are content rich, so that they can be ranked at the top of Google search.
Lot of companies selling products or services try to make their home a page a landing page, lot of times they make separate landing pages as well. What they want from these pages are very simple, they want people to go into this pages and click on some or the other form or button so that the company can get the relevant details of the user and then approach them for a direct sales call, most of them you find this happening more quickly with just a click and buy kind of a page.
Let us now analyze on what I just said above, we all think that it is so easy to make a landing page and then promote it with some contents so that users can come in and click. In a CRO or CTA domain a testing is done to the landing pages to see on how they would convert and why. Accordingly the landing page is modified as and when required to make sure that the conversion rate is higher.
In general companies will high SEO guys or CTA guys to do so, but eventually this has been found to be a costly approach and hence lot of independent firms and companies have come up providing similar service and a cost cut for your pocket to bear it. Increase Sales And Traffic - Videos Are The Key for a Truly Effective Marketing Campaign
The internet has opened up new worlds when it comes to promotion and advertising. It has revolutionized the ability to find small (or large) groups of specific people who have a direct interest or need for your product.
This ability far outweighs methods used with traditional advertising and promotions. The old ways of separating your best customers from the rest of the people was a laborious process that involved placing ads in magazines and specialty trade newspapers and building a direct mailing list.
The internet excels in its ability to sift people out, and approach them through a concerted effort which integrates a number of platforms to bring the customer to your website.
One of the most powerful tools in this effort is video. The web is custom made for video. It is a moving, dynamic way of imparting information quickly about your product, your company or elements of your field of expertise.
The statistics on how well video performs are proof of how quickly video is taking its place in every online marketing effort.
In 2012, video was the fastest growing type of ad, experiencing almost 55% growth. In sales, shoppers who viewed video were between 144% and 174% more likely to buy or add to cart than viewers who didn't, depending on the study that you are looking at.
The Video Production quality does matter. People expect a certain degree of professionalism when it comes to promotional videos.
They should be well made, have good sound qualities, and most of all have a quick, even pace that shows your potential customers the product in action, and which gives the customer vital information about the product.
Even a short video can deliver a huge amount of information in a short period of time. The old saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words - video must be worth even more.
Direct promotional videos are not the only type that will increase your sales and promotional efforts, though. Let's say that you are a hobby store that specializes in model railroads.
You will want some promotional videos, but tutorial videos can get a lot more traffic. A tutorial video makes no overt sales pitch. For instance, our hobby store owner might want to make a short video about the quickest and easiest way to hook up the new Digitrax complete train control system, which is a digital control box for scale trains.
This establishes him as an expert in the field, and it is giving the consumer something of value for nothing more than seeing the name of your store along the bottom of the video (maybe even only at the beginning or end).
But there will be links, of course, and tutorial videos are a great, organic way to drive customers to your site. If they like the tutorial chances are they will visit your website, and that is the whole goal.
Find a good video production company, and learn just how important video can be for any online marketing effort.
About the Guest Author:
Video can make a big difference in your marketing efforts, but good Video Production is a must. To make a top quality, effective video, hire the best Video Production company you can find

Creative-Writing vs Technical-Writing
You might be curious to know about the difference between creative writing and technical writing.
After learning what creative writing actually is and how you can get started in it, we're going to compare the two of them directly.
There are writers all over the world, all of which fall into the two main categories. Also it's important to note that there are millions which have been made from both creative as well as technical writing. Some people have made fortunes whilst others have made nothing.
Looking at both sides at the same time it's not that hard to notice that you can gain enjoyment from both, but it's safe to say that both of them exist to serve different purposes. They both come with their separate do's and don't and both have their own rules. They also appear everywhere. So what are the main differences?
This is my take on it: Creative writing is written for the right brain and the technical writing is written for the left one. The right brain is creative, while the left one is logical. There's more to this than you might think.
Looking deeper into Creative Writing
Creative writing's purpose is to both entertain as well as educate. The majority of us enjoy reading interesting stories and novels, not necessarily because they're helpful to use but because we get a certain feeling of pleasure from reading them and this is the type of pleasure that you can not get from reading technical writing.
There are also plenty of genres which creative writing is dispersed into as well as a wide selection of articles about the same. It seems to be following a set of given rules and also sometimes throwing caution to winds and breaking each and every one of them. Regardless of case talent is still a necessary ingredient if you'd like to be able to write in a creative way. However, writing can certainly be improved with practice. Still, not having the necessary talent would mean that you're going to have a hard time giving pleasure to anyone with it.
The most important things to keep in mind when it comes to creative writing are skills and talent.
Let's look deeper into technical writing now
When it comes to technical writing, the sole purpose of it is to inform a reader and sometimes trigger them into taking action which would be beneficial towards the writer. This certainly isn't a subject which I plan on covering here (copywriting), but if you'd like to learn more about it you can certainly do so by reading popular blogs online.
There are plenty of examples you can get your hands on which display technical writing in full effect. And if you look at them in the light of copywriting you'll notice how much more sense it all makes. Copywriters have some of the highest paying writing jobs and they're responsible for advertisements, pitches, sales letters, etc.
The purpose of technical writing isn't to entertain. It does have its own rules, do's and don'ts, masterpieces as well as trash that didn't amount to anything. There is an entire art form to it even though not one which is that branched out. You can practice either online technical writing or offline technical writing. The thing you have to consider if you're really into mastering this type of writing is to master concise and magnetic writing which will draw people's attention in.
Do you know plenty about concise writing?
I am and so I know that creative leads as well as hooks contribute a lot when it comes to it.
So that's about it for both. The main difference between creative writing and technical writing is that the creative is written with the main purpose in mind being to entertain and the technical writing is written in a way that it informs a prospect in a formal manner and to make them take certain action such as make a purchase.
This is basically the main difference. And at the start of this article I mentioned about the right brain as well as the left brain. However, they also deserve their own separate article and not here. You'd be surprised at how much these things are related.
Why-You-Think-Writing-Blogs-is-Hard
Maybe you've spent hours upon hours posting valuable content on your blog and then optimizing it as well as submitting to multiple directories out there just to find out that no one reads it. Now why would that happen? It's most likely because of the content.
Over the last couple of years blogging has certainly become the number one way for people on the internet to keep in touch with others and then find new contacts while spreading useful information. However, there is no use in simply adding more garbage on top of what's already out there.
One of the most common approaches, especially one that people from the internet marketing community use (the get-rich-quick type) is to create a blog and then fill it up with duplicated and irrelevant articles. After that they do the same with more blogs and link them together. And even though this might work for a while and you get certain rankings within the search engines, your blog is still going to get lost soon enough.
And even though you might think that the problem here is with the search engine optimization side of things or the design, or maybe even the frequency of your posts, it really is far from the truth. It's in the actual content in it.
Return to the basics
The main reason why blogs were started in the first place was so that people could share valuable info. Remember that people look at your blog so that they can find certain answers to problems they're facing, and not necessarily to make you a millionaire even though it's still possible. The idea here is that you have to have a certain amount of knowledge within your field so that you can help others. The key things are providing good content - the informative type.
What is valuable content all about?
Well, like I said - it's the type that answers a question for people. It can be direct and you don't always have to try to be profound with it or go in depth at all. A lot of people that are looking for information out there are only in need of a quick solution so when looking for information on a smaller problem they don't want to know some of the less important details. All they're looking for is your expertise, so why not give it to them?!
Ask yourself, what are the things you know about a certain subject? If you think that you already know plenty about it then you'll be good right from the start, but if you don't then it's perfectly fine for you to do some research first. Fact of the matter is, it's good to use a reference at any time even when you know plenty and you're feeling certain about your opinion. This way your blog is going to be labeled for its value.
What does search engine optimization have to do with it?
Even though you might spend countless hours optimizing your blog and content for the search engines, it still will not attract others if it's not valuable/interesting enough. You should never forget of some of the basic search engine optimization principles, but do not spend too much time optimizing when you know you can be spending it on the actual content. Search engines are far more affected by the actual popularity of your blog than they are with all the SEO tricks you have under your sleeve. All you need is some basic keyword research and to utilize the correct key phrases to get noticed for a certain keyword.
How do backlinks affect your blog?
Now, even though these are very important as they are - you shouldn't just go on spending most of your time in attempts to bring your link out there through comments. Only a few well placed ones on sites of authority can bring you a log way. And as you're gaining additional readership the comments themselves will supply you with all the backlinks you're in need of. The key to gaining new readers is to provide them with useful content. And the better it is the more people it's going to attract.
Should you update your blog on the regular?
It's different for every blog actually so there are no formulas here. Even though some post on a daily basis, others might choose to so weekly. It depends on the subject matter of the blog you're writing. For instance, if it's about gossip then you might want to update it frequently in order to keep everyone's interest. However, if it revolves around a certain niche that not many things are changing in then you might want to think twice about posting on an everyday basis. It's good to make your audience know exactly on when to expect new content, and the key is that you should be on the lookout to deliver value within the posts and not quantity.
Even though the blogging gimmicks appear constantly and disappear just as fast, valuable content can last for years to come.

Can-Bing-Now-Lure-More-Searches-Away-From-Google
When does the new "Hobbit" film come out? - I'm not sure, I'll Google that.
Even though Google's name has been used as a synonym for online research, the biggest search engine out there is already starting to feel the heat from its main competitor - Bing. Even though it has a word association with TV sports, it still made plenty of people wonder what this thing really is.
So we went on to Google it. What we saw was that it's a pretty sleek looking side with a simple search bar leaving us to ask how different it actually is from Google.

What are the differences between Google and Bing?
Well, Bing's homepage is certainly more interesting than Google's by its ever changing photo. On the other hand, the plain screen Google has been associated with for so many years also has its own advantages. For some people it seems less cluttered and sleeker and others just like it because it gets right to the point.
As soon as you decide to make a search Google will instantly bring up results ranked from the most relevant to the least relevant ones. Also with the new Instant feature it sort of tries to give people the extra push towards certain keywords making your searches even more relevant and less generic. On the other hand, Bing goes on to categorize their answers within deep links, multimedia or similar categories. This way the results are a lot easier to shift through. Even though Google allows you to filter the search engine page rankings, you still have to do this manually.
When comparing the two directly it really is hard to say which one is better. And if you'd like to know the best way to start is by asking yourself what exactly it is that you're looking for in a search.
More than listings
If you'd like to go further than the usual results there's also a link on Google that you can press for the extra stuff. There's Gmail, Google Talk, Images, etc, which will keep the average user interested in coming back. And if you're just chatting with a friend on Gtalk then you can link them with a presentation from your Google Docs directly.
Staying on with the rankings
The majority of users find staying with the rankings very important. This is where Bing is the clear winner because it allows for you preview the results without having to leave the site. There's also an option for you to share the previewed result directly to Facebook, Twitter or to simply email it. The video search is going to play the videos as soon as you mouse over them and it allows for you to see what a video is about without actually having to leave the results. Also when it comes to images it always brings up results bars on the left side of the screen as soon as you've chosen a result. Even though Google is good at filtering both videos and images, Bing is going to keep the users right there on the search making them happier.
Result quality
When it comes to quality of results, this is where Google certainly outshines Bing. However, it doesn't mean that the results are more relevant to what Bing can offer.
Travel Lookups
Speaking of travel options, Bing's are certainly better in so many ways. There is actually a separate SEPR when it comes to travel options which will provide all the information you need to directly book a flight or a hotel. Google will just send the user to either Expedia or another relevant travel site.
Mobile options
When it comes to searching with a mobile device Google is the clear winner. Being that mobile searches are slowly becoming a more dominant way of searching - Google wins this one because it's the default search engine on the newest smartphones.
Maps
In terms of searching for location both are pretty equal. Even though Google was the first company to come up with both Maps and Streetview, Bing is still pretty comparable with their Bird's Eye View. This really comes down to which brand you're more loyal to.
So which one's the better one out of the two?
We all know that both of these search engines have their pros and cons, but choosing which one's the best will ultimately depend on what you're looking for. If you're into more targeted results and staying on the listings longer then Bing is the way to Go. However, if you prefer more results and other applications that you can combine with it Google is the way to go. Even though Bing might search better, Google still offers more to it.

5000-US-Visitors-for-Dollor-Is-this-real-or-scam?
Since the earliest of ages, piracy, scrupulous practices and abusing the very place where people make their living or visit for entertainment is present. In today’s world, internet is such a place where people can share knowledge, information or just browse for their own entertainment. And with this comes the old symptoms of fraud or uncalled behavior. Whenever we any some websites that promises us through advertisements or notification that we are the 5000th visitor and we have won a certain amount of money, or some even ask us to invite visitor and if we are successful in bringing a certain number of visits to that site we could win a certain amount of money as a patronage from the owner of the site. Many have fallen prey to these serious pranks or scrupulous activity but seldom this type of advertisements cease to exist. It is we who must know what they are actually intended for so that we may be safe from the ‘thieves’ of the internet.
Whenever we visit a page it is always recorded with our digital footsteps. The number of visitors can be displayed publicly at some sites but more often we do not know the amount of footfalls a certain website receives. It is in some of such sites where these ad campaigns lay their trap to make us a prey, for may be some harmless tricks or often some bigger case. Actually whenever a website records our footsteps it generally shows the traffic of the page. And it is a well-known fact that in today’s world where everything in internet search engines is refined by SEO techniques that impacts the popularity of the website. SO such advertisements actually lures us in increasing the traffic of the website and it is highly the chance that we would not be pay for it as nobody is liable for it. Instead some spam sites get better ranks in the search engines due to increasing number of visitors who are lured by one. There are second motive for many such advertisements. These are particularly harmful ones. They actually make us visit their website and providing a link where the ’lucky winner’ would claim their prize, they actually tries to steal personal information like bank details, or personal accounts or any such sensitive data where it may be socially or financially embarrassing for the ‘winner’. There are also sites who with more number of visitors, encourages more post and as a result becomes search engine friendly themselves without sharing anything substantial with the visitors even in form of knowledge, information or entertainment. Sometimes even we receive mails about some distressed damsel, or sick millionaire, or some refugee who has by “luck “ got into contact with us and offers us to share his/her fortune in equal parts if we help them out. A user should be well aware of the fact that seldom emails work that way or any other institution which promises to send us millions if we provide them with personal details.
Internet is the virtual world which in a way resembles the real world in many ways. It is because of the immoral and abuse of some fraud or spinster who wants to make quick money cheating on other that this type of claims are frequent in many websites. We as a responsible user should always be wary of them and report them to the webmaster or owner or even search engines. The negative publicity and responsible usage can only defeat spammers and create a better place in the virtual world.
Google-vs-Bing
With the modern approach to find information we are always depended on the search engines. There are search engines for attached to many leading websites such as yahoo, rediff or some other smaller such engines it was always Google that took the center stage. Until recently it has been some competition from a newer brand of search engine that is trying to bring the search engines’ giant down. That is Bing from the software giant Microsoft. There is a cold war going on between them so as to who is better information seeker and who will take the crown of being the top notch in every aspect. It is an old battle similar to the Samsung vs. Apple feud and it is really best of us to know what each of them is capable of before getting biased and choose one over the other. It is really in our judgment as we are the user and it is for us to decide the contest winner between the two, as both of the engines use their own specific tools and approach to search for the data relevant to the queries. Though most of the time it is really indistinguishable from each other as both of the engines provides data, news or images in easy to read formats and relevant websites but we can be never sure of which one is better.
Google has grown out of being of just a search engine and has spread out its area to many levels with much more specialized and user specific searches and applications. But does it really help when a user types in the keyword and hopes to get his query answered in a fraction of a second? Google is uncannily fast and produces tips and summaries in a jiffy. On the other hand, Bing tries to search for the relevant help even from the social networking sites and even enabling our friend to suggest an answer to a query so that it is more personalized. But the main contest is to find the answers to the user specific queries and data according to the search query. So take a look deep down to some of the features where Google scored while some battles have been won by Bing.
In general during some random query Google showed more specific result than Bing, which provides information with the most relevant answer at the top. Bing on the other hand handles the syntax better when the search is website specific. Google also provides better results when the search is product specific or any informational query is made. Bing, though has a better feature at auto correcting though can be irritating at times as it takes into account about all the relevant pages and tries to automatically refer to page that is far away from the actual query. But still Bing is gaining in popularity on a slight margin due to its personalized and customized search results to the users.
The feud between Google and Bing is still raging on. But we as a user should be more specific and follow a few search engine hygiene to find answers to what we are searching for. We should be more specific when we are typing the keywords, and provide proper syntax. To avoid the spam pages and spoilers we should always look forward to report the page to the search engines as both of them deals with them quite seriously. Also if searching for a query does not show a proper result in one engine we should always try to find in the other engine as there are sometimes other refining tools for searching available exclusively to the said search engines. Though Google and Bing can be both biased at the search results we should never come under the influence of biasing between them and should look into both of them to get the related answers. Also both of have their own importance and though Bing is lower in market share or popularity index we should always remember that Google is always present among us for a quite long time and thus creates a name for itself and it could take some time for Bing to create a splendor for itself.

Content-Management-Trends-we-can-expect-for-2013
As we are gearing up to welcome a new year and bid farewell to the old one, we are frantically trying to gather all the facts that sublimely changed the online experience. Some of us have done quite a few mistakes or were on bit back foot with the flow but quickly we are getting ourselves together by learning from our mistakes and look towards a hopeful future. In today’s date content management is not something that can be managed single handle and we should well take a look in what the New Year has to offer. Also it is quite clear to many that content management growth remains strong and would be booming in coming times. And with drastic change in the outlook of the internet both from user end and provider end, we need to look at better solutions that could be beneficial for all as it is the time where information is the best bet and could be shared by all.
The trend that is likely to hit the content management systems the most is effective management and understanding the industry. Outsourcing would be major to the ‘knowledgeable workers’ with efficient performance with reliability in data use and access. Also many companies are looking for dynamic contents as the information needs to be updated and well managed, irrespective of whichever industries they are in. Again understanding our customers’ need is the key point and we should be doing it in a better and broader prospective. The customer journey will be important starting from discovery and proper interactions towards advocacy. Any website that fails to implement a dynamic webpage that the clients or customer are looking for and interact will be hindered the most.
With the exponential growth in the types of gadgets and electronic media that can connect to the internet modern content management system should look for pages that are easily readable in any format whether it be IPad, or mobile or desktop. Building a different webpage for each version is quite time taking and has turned obsolete considering the limitations one has to face while developing this pages. Instead companies could look for dynamic pages with proper content that can easily get morphed according to the variety of devices. This is a major progress that all organizations must take as the use of internet is not limited to a numbered few through only few defined gadgets. Also proper interacting support should be provided instead of displaying a read only site.
Another trend that will overlap many existing notions of content management would be the use of social media properly. The social media website no longer remains a place for entertainment or connectivity only as it has acquired deeper roots in lending a positive status for a said website. And with the increase in the use of them for the marketability and getting a proper establishment in the market, proper integration and follow up through them is a must to prosper in our respective fields.
With various analytical tools and SEO updates that has taken the internet world by a storm, we should always keep abreast with the latest tweaks and upgrades and always try to look into the footfalls that our website is receiving on a regular basis. We should also look into the proper structure and layout of the page so that the footfalls are not static, obsolete or vague but the real-time updated view is known to us. With proper feedbacks from the customers other issues that they are facing while loading our pages should also not be ignored and addressed at once.
Finally one should always remember that time as well as manpower is valuable and should not be wasted much. Having great and quality content writers from outside the domain who understand our business well saves us both as well help us to judge our business from an outsider’s perspective. A good content writer will always provide fresh content and help us save valuable time and employment of other people on our payroll thus increases our productivity.
The coming year promises to be quite innovative in regards to the content management system and if we try to learn from our mistakes from the nascent stage, then it will change the face of our business for good. And just by keeping our eyes open to the changes that are making people to follow a certain beneficial stream we could take our business to a new and better level.

Web-2.0-vs-Web-3.0
The internet standards have been changing drastically in the last decade. It has changes its basic outlooks in Web 1.0 to a modern version Web 2.0. And now the talk of the hour is Web 3.0. This advanced concept is no doubt the pinnacle in the history of websites till date, but it should be explored at a greater depth to find some factors it can do and to understand in what ways it is superior to Web 2.0. The Web 1.0 was based on the fact that there are contributors to the internet or websites that other users can read or view but cannot edit. So if a page is not well constructed or has some problem or lesser information, maybe a user who knows more about the subject is viewing it but did not have any methods of contributing to it. Web 2.0 eliminated this problem, with proper interaction between the websites and the users. Also the inclusion of social networking, RSS feeds, and other advertising widgets created a lot more lively and interacting websites. And now what arrives is Web 3.0, which promises in creating an internet usage that is tailor-made for the user. Let us get a little deep into what is the actual difference that promises to set the current version and the upcoming idea.

When we used internet prior to the arrival of Web 2.0, it was just a huge stack to HTML pages. Just like a library, a user can gain a lot of information while using the internet, but has no significant contribution in creating the library. As mentioned earlier, even if a real-time problem arises and though the users have some ideas to solve them, he cannot do so without having his own website. So there was practically no field where users can discuss as there were no forums, or blogs, or social networking. Web 2.0 came up with all these things and provided a whole new dimension where users can practically interact with other users. They can discuss their problems, increase their knowledge and can change the facts too with proper acknowledgement from the owner or administrators. But to accommodate all this features HTML alone could not be used, so the introductions of other languages like PHP, Ajax or JavaScript came into the play. Also the pages became more dynamic and versatile and user-friendly interfaces changed the face of the internet.
Now the current debacle is around the applications of Web 3.0 and how it is better than Web 2.0. As for many Web 2.0 loyalists it may be noted that the new technology doesn’t change anything that is already available with the former one. But the difference is that it will tend to become more user-friendly. It tries to create an artificial intelligence type of internet environment where the search engines or queries would be more communicative. To be more specific, let us have seen how search engines look upon our queries now. If we ask the internet about something it shows us the relevant result with priority given to the website that matches with our keyword the most. It will even communicate with the websites more to get the user the precise information it wants. Also a single login could enable us to login to our all the social networking sites at once. Moreover the internet will store the information of the user within them and will follow the trend as per the users’ requirements each time we fire queries to the search engines. The Data Web technology also changes the internet usage exactly tailor made for each users and will differ even in displaying the advertisements for different people. Thus the whole experience will be according to the artificial intelligence that gets embedded within the internet.
Though some are saying it as a breach in their privacy or the user-friendly search queries will be not that helpful, but software developers around the world is trying to create a place where internet users can get a better standards to live virtually. But this transition is a slow process and only proper application and time and mass reception could be the only tool to find out the extent of success it could achieve.
